This would not apply with the Little Brother skin because MiniToon said it was non-canon. They may have possibly gotten infected, which would explain the infected skins for Zizzy and Pony. P and get the bad ending, then it is unknown what happens to George Piggy or Zizzy and Pony. He then brings up the idea of developing a cure for the Piggy Virus. If you do, he goes with you to talk with Zizzy and Pony. In the ending, he threatens Mr P and almost attacks him, but you stop George. During the second phase of this map, George is not present.
In Chapter 12, George works as a way to knock out Piggy, requiring an Apple. He then kneels down and says that he doesn’t feel too well, as his eyes flash red, signaling he’s infected (George is not infected, as Distorted Memory is a nightmare). In the end, he finds her, and he asks her if there’s something wrong with her since she was infected. He doesn’t hear her reply, so he heads out to find her. He wakes up and he asks if his sister Penny is awake. George is the main character of Distorted Memory. In the meantime, the player and George go into the building where you will then find Mr. That left Zizzy and Pony to fight the soldiers. His arrival ended up bringing a horde of infected Soldiers. In Chapter 11, it turns out that he lied to the sisters and ran off to join the group searching for Mr P (you, Zizzy, and Pony). Then, the Player, Zizzy, and George meet Zee and Zuzy at the ending.
George tried to run and reach Grandmother in the city, but she was infected too, so he had no choice but to hide in the Mall. Zizzy and the player, and then tells that after his family visited the Hospital, they then turned infected.
